4. Push the back cover for RA-105/106 until it is locked into place as
shown in the figure.
Using Magnetic Stripe Reader (for RA-101 only)
RA-101 with magnetic strike reader mainly serves to
read and decode data from magnetic stripe. Please go
through the following tips while swiping your MSR
cards though the reader:
1. Swipe your card with the side of magnetic stripe
facing your terminal screen.
2. Swipe your card along the track of the reader in
the direction shown in the figure.
Using iButton Sensor (for RA-103/106 only)
iButton sensor, an optional item located on the front
side of RA-103/106, mainly functions to verify an
individual’s identity for enhanced access control to
your computer.
Using RFID Card Reader (for RA-103/106 only)
RFID card reader, an optional item featured in RA-103,
is locatable on the right side of RA-103. To retrieve
data through the RFID card reader, tap your Mifare
card against the RFID reader.
