12. Tilt the monitor screen to your desired angle. While setting up the tilting
adjustment, be careful NOT to press on the LCD panel.
Installing the Virtual COM Driver (for Windows-based POS Terminal)
Before proceeding with the following instructions to install the virtual COM
driver on your POS terminal, you must determine whether the DIP switch
positions 1~2 is properly switched to OFF.
1. Please visit Posiflex official website
(https://www.posiflex.com/document/driver-and-
utility/?pmid=157,175&pid=360) to download the virtual COM driver.
2. Then, follow the step-by-step instructive messages to complete the virtual
COM driver installation.
To disassemble the customer display, please note that the type-C
connector is very fragile. After removing the two #6/32 screws,
please hold the customer display with your hand first, and then
carefully unplug the type-C cable at a parallel angle.
