OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Before initial use, please ensure the product is
fully charged with a voltage of 5V.
During operation, press the button once for
speed 1, twice for speed 2, and three times for
speed 3. Pressing it again will turn o the fan.
When the battery level drops below 10%, the
white LED will flash as a reminder.
In case of insucient battery voltage, the fan
will automatically cease functioning and
prompt you to recharge promptly.
When USB FAN is charging, the display light is
on. When the battery is fully charged, the
display light goes out.
