Surfaces
in contact with food should be

cloth is advisable when dealing with
surfaces that come into contact with food.
Correct food hygiene practices should
always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of food poisoning /cross
contamination.
Do
not use a steam cleaner or
pressure cleaner to clean the hotplates. Steam could get
through cracks into live electrical components of the hob and cause short-circuiting.
Dry all parts and s
urfaces thoroughly before use.
Make sure that all parts and surfaces are completely dry before plugging in the appliance.
