Depending on the nature of the ingredients, the bowl (13) with its
cover can be used to prepare up to 2.3 kg of dough.
1. Press the release button (1) by turning it anti-clockwise, the
multifunction head (9-1) will open and lift up to a vertical position.
2. Fit the bowl (13) onto the appliance by turning clockwise, until it locks
in position with a click sound and place the ingredients in it (see
figure B).
4. Fit the desired accessory (10-1,11-1,12-1), locating the shaft pin in the
groove and turn it a quarter turn towards you (anti-clockwise) to lock
it in position (see figure B).
5. Lower the multifunction head of the appliance to horizontal position
and press button again (a click should be heard).
6. During preparation, you can add ingredients through the opening of
the cover.
7. To stop the appliance, turn the control (2) back to “0” position.
Important
Check that all the outlet covers (8, 9) are fitted, the appliance will not
operate if the cover (8) is not correctly fitted.
The appliance has a thermostat which will be activated if the motor gets
and disconnect the plug from the power socket and wait for about
30minutes before turning on appliance again.

3. Position the cover on the bowl with the filling opening at the front of
the appliance (see figure B).
