3. For assembly, screw the ring nut tight by spanner.
For disassembly, unscrew the ring nut by spanner.
* Hints for easy disassembly: Use a spoon to ease the cutting blade and grinding disc
o the shaft.
Attach to Stand Mixer
* Always switch the motor o (0) and unplug the appliance when inserting and
removing the Meat grinder.
5. Pull down the release lever for inserting
and removing the meat grinder.
4. Open the lid according to below image.
6. Push the connector part into the
outlet for meat grinder on the stand
mixer. Rotate it to fit into the drive.
When the drive is correctly located,
rotate the body till the feed tube is
vertical.
7. Put the tray into the feed tube, fit
the cap to the pusher, and drop the
pusher into the feed tube. Place the
bowl under the grinder, to collect the
ground meat.
Grinding
1. Cut meat into strips 25mm square and set them on the tray.
2. Plug the appliance into the wall electrical socket.
3. Run the motor at speed 3-4.
4. Use the pusher to push the food into the feed tube.
5. Leave the pusher in the feed tube during grinding, to prevent anything falling into it.
6. When you've finished, run pieces of bread through the grinder to clear the grinding
disc.
7. Switch the motor o (0) and unplug the appliance.
Select the suitable Grinding Disc
1. Use the fine grinding disc to grind meat or meatballs.
2. If you need an extra-fine grind, for sausages or pate, put the meat through the
grinder again.
3. Use the coarse grinding disc to grind burger meat.
4. Put the meat through the grinder again for an extra-fine grind.
RECOMMENDED RECIPE
1. Put all ingredients (except the butter) into the bowl.
2. Switch on machine with speed 1, mix for 30 seconds.
3. Change to speed 2-3 for another 2 minutes.
4. Switch o the machine, add the softened butter into the mixture, slightly mix with
the dough with a spatula.
5. Switch on the machine again from speed 1 and move to speed 3-4 for another 7
minutes maximum.
6. Put the dough into oiled covered wet towel. Then leave it for an hour or until it has
doubled in size.
7. Put the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Slightly knead the dough by hand to
release air.
8. Shape the dough into a loaf or your desired form. Second raise until doubled in size.
9. Bake at 230°C/450°F for 20 –25 minutes for a loaf
The following quantities are provided as a guide, the dough can be of varying viscosity
due to the ingredients and recipes used so may need to be adjusted as required.
