Management Port
The IP address conguration commands for Management Port are listed below.
Beforeusingin-bandmanagement,theXGS-PONOLTmustbeconguredwithanIP
addressbyout-of-bandmanagement(i.e.consolemode).
The XGS-PON OLT is shipped with a default Management Port IP
address:192.168.1.1/24.
Thecongurationcommandsareasfollows:
Switch# cong
Switch(cong)#interface g0/0/0
Switch(cong-g0/0/0)#ip address 192.168.1.254 255.255.255.0
ThepreviouscommandwouldapplythefollowingsettingsfortheXGS-PONOLT.
IPv4 Address: 192.168.1.254
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
