6. Put the laundry to be dried into the rack(s). Always observe the maximum load
(depending on the type of laundry
/ s. chapter 4. THE DRYING PROGRAMMES et
seq.).
7. Close the door.
8. Switch on the appliance using the «
ON / OFF » - BUTTON (GER.: EIN / AUS). The
dryer is now switched on.
9. Set the programme «
SPECIAL CARE (GER.: SPEZIALPFLEGE) » using the ROTARY
KNOB.
10. Press the «
SPECIAL CARE » - BUTTON repeatedly until the desired special care
programme is indicated on the control panel.
11. Press the «
START / PAUSE » - BUTTON to start the selected rack programme.
The display indicates the remaining duration of the drying process in hours and
minutes (based on the selected programme, the maximum load allowed and the
required drying level).
12. After the drying programme is finished, an acoustic signal sounds and the display
indicates «
END » (s. chapter 5.5 END OF A DRYING PROGRAMME.
13. When the drying programme is finished, switch off the appliance completely
using the «
ON / OFF » - BUTTON (Ger.: EIN / AUS ).
It is possible that the current run time of the selected drying programme
(depending on the drying situation) will be adjusted automatically so that it may
vary from the drying time which is indicated on the display.
If the selected drying programme cannot be combined with the desired functions,
these functions cannot be selected or will be cancelled and the indicators switches
off automatically.
5.4 Selection of the additional functions
THE FOLLOWING ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS CAN BE SELECTED

UNCTION « DRYING LEVEL »: selection of the drying level.

UNCTIONS « TIME + / - »: selection of the duration of a time programme.
F
UNCTION « DELAYED PROGRAMME START »: selection of a later programme start.
F
UNCTION « CREASE PROTECTION »: activation of the crease protection.
F
UNCTION « CHILD SAFETY LOCK »: activation / deactivation of the child safety
lock.
