We recommend carrying out the installation of the external water drain
hose by qualified personnel. Damages caused by improper installation of
the water drain hose are not subject to the guarantee or warranty!
HOW TO CONNECT THE WATER DRAIN HOSE TO AN EXTERNAL DRAIN HOSE
1.
Pull the water drain hose off the water
container carefully (as shown in the right
figure).
2.
Connect the water drain hose of the
appliance to the external water drain
hose.
3.
Fix the external water drain hose to the
fastening buckle on the back of the
appliance (s. chapter 3. DESCRIPTION OF
THE APPLIANCE
).
4. Place the open end of the hose in a drain,
etc.
The external water drain hose must not be kinked.
The drain, etc. must not be installed higher than 78 cm above the floor.
NOTICE! Always place the open end of the external water drain hose in a
drain, a sink, wash basin, etc. Otherwise, the excess water will run to the
floor while the appliance is in operation. RISK OF FLOODING! RISK OF
DAMAGE!
2.5 Conne
ction to the mains
DANGER! Do not connect the appliance to the mains if the appliance
itself or the power cord or the plug are visibly damaged. RISK OF
ELECTRIC SHOCK!
DANGER! Never touch the power plug, the power switch or other
electrical components with wet or damp hands. RISK OF ELECTRIC
SHOCK!
