3.3 Aluminium grease filters
Always ensure that the aluminium grease filters

are inserted properly.
Clean the aluminium grease filters regularly (s. chapter CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE).
WARNING! Operate the appliance with inserted aluminium grease
filters only. Otherwise, recirculating-transported fat will deposit in the
appliance and the exhaust system. RISK OF FIRE!
4. Control panel and operation
4.1 Control panel
WARNING! The LED illuminant must not be covered by thermal
insulation or other materials. RISK OF FIRE!
CAUTION! Do not touch the LED illuminant within 30 minutes after
using the appliance. RISK OF BURNS!
NOTICE! Only switch on the LED illumination while the appliance is
operating. Do not switch on the illumination to illuminate the room.
CONTROL PANEL
« ON / OFF » - SENSOR
➢ Sensor to switch on / off the extractor hood.
« INCREASE » - SENSOR
Sensor to increase the power level (motor speed).
