THE DOOR MAKES A STRANGE SOUND WHEN OPENED.
1. The door seals are soiled.
1. Clean the door seals.
UNCOMMON NOISE.
1. The appliance is not installed on a
flat and level ground. The appliance
touches a wall or another object.
1. Install the appliance properly.
2. Food is stored improperly.
2. Store food properly.
3. Items have dropped behind the
appliance.
3. Remove the items.
WATER DRIPS ON THE FLOOR.
1. The water outlet / water drain
screw is not closed properly.
1. Close the water outlet / water drain
screw properly.
2. The water drain plug inside the
appliance is not or not installed
properly.
2. Install the water drain plug inside
the appliance properly.
THE FOOD IS NOT FROZEN COMPLETELY.
1. The appliance is set too warm.
1. Set the appliance to a colder setting.
2. The door is opened too often or too
long.
2. Close the door properly.
3. The appliance is installed near a
heat source.
3. Please always observe the
installation instructions in chapter
« INSTALLATION » et seq.
4. Too much or too warm food in the
appliance within the last 24 hours.
4. Set the appliance to a colder setting.
If the appliance shows a malfunction not noted on the schedule above or if you
have checked all items on the above schedule but the problem still exists, please
contact the aftersales service.

❖ Sometimes you may hear a sound which is generated by the injection process of
the cooling circuit.
❖ The sides of the appliance may get warm while the appliance is running.
