IMPORTANT NOTES!
Refrigerating mode:
When change the refrigerating status to others, you should take out food to avoid
them being frosted damaged. If shift freezing or soft freezing status to refrigerating
mode, you should take the following steps:
Set the knob of thermostat to refrigeration mode, then remove all of frozen food
from freeze compartment, then keep it being empty for one hour, and finally put
the required food into it.
CAUTION! Fast - freezing mode: do not store any bottled or
canned beverages (neither still nor carbonated) inside the appliance
as their containers could explode.
4.6 Power failure
❖ In the case of a power failure, the current settings will be secured and
maintained.
❖ If the appliance is supplied with power again, it continues to work with the
settings adjusted before.
❖ Max storage time in case of malfunctions: s. chapter « TECHNICAL DATA ».
In the event of anunpredictable power failure:
➢ reduce the opening frequency of the door(s).
➢ do not put any new food in the appliance to avoid a rapid rise of the
temperature inside the appliance.
FREEZER MODE: in the event of a predictable power failure, you can
activate the FAST - FREEZING MODE and decrease the freezing temperature as a
precautionary measure to set the appliance to the lowest temperature (=
strongest cooling) so that it is maximally cooled at the time of the power failure.
IMPORTANT NOTE!
In order to protect the compressor of the appliance from damage in the event
of a short-term power failure (i.e., less than 5 minutes), the compressor is not
started immediately after the power supply is restored, but only after a certain
time has elapsed.
