2. Experienced and manufacturer-authorized personnel are required to perform repairs. Maintenance
performed by unauthorized personnel may cause injury or damage to equipment.
3. Only use the original equipment parts approved by us.
4. If the sofa is abnormal, do not use it or its accessories. Please unplug the power cord, use the safety switch,
and contact the aftermarket.
5. All maintenance and repair operations must be documented.
Professional users are responsible for implementing the monthly and biannual measures.
Check controls and wiring, check status and functions weekly, according to the following checklist at least every
six months:
1. Power cord and its fixation.
2. Motor wiring.
3. Control box and its wiring.
4. Whether the accessories are tight.
5. The normal operation of the lock system.
6. Complete all adjustments and make sure the sofa is working properly.
Please stop using the equipment and contact us if any defects are found, such as the equipment noise or not
working. Only experienced or authorized personnel can open or replace the actuator/control unit.
If some parts of the equipment are damaged, remove the power cord, stop using the equipment, and then
notify the aftermarket. Please ensure that any maintenance of all components was placed correctly after the
action.
Troubleshooting

1 The hand control didn’t respond.
Switch the position of the manual plug of the connection
control box (Check for problems with the motor. Remember
that the original position of the plug must be marked.)
2 The motor did not respond. Switch the motor plug position.
