INSTALLATION
• Install the machine on a flat, stable, clean and dry surface.
• Fix the polisher head holder 1 either on the right or left – depending on the operator preference.
• Connect the polisher head plug to the corresponding socket in the front of the polisher station.
• Put the polisher head in the holder 1 or on the holder 2.
• [Optional] connect the foot operation pedal to the corresponding socket in the rear wall of the
polisher station.
• Check if the power switch on the station is in the OFF position (“O”).
• Connect the power supply plug to the mains.
OPERATION
1. Fix the desired tip on the polisher’s head.
2. Choose the revolutions direction by putting its switch in the right position.
NOTE: the rotation direction can be set only if the polisher is not in operation!
3. Choose with help of the corresponding switch the polisher operation method – either by hand or by
the foot pedal.
NOTE: If a foot pedal operation has been chosen, the rotation speed will be increased as you increase
the pedal pushing force.
4. Make sure, that the revolution dial is set on the lowest speed.
NOTE: always begin to work with the lowest rotation speed and increase it when needed during
operation.
5. Put the ON/OFF-switch to “I” position and check if the corresponding light indicator is on.
NOTE: if the indicator light isn’t working check the fuse on the back of the housing.
6. You can start working…
NOTE: the machine can be restarted if it stops suddenly due to overload.
7. After finishing work (release the foot pedal or the switch on the polisher’s head) turn of the power
supply (ON/OFF-switch on the “O” position).
8. If not used for a longer time pull the power plug from the mains.
9. Store it in a shadowed place away from direct sunlight, moisture and protect it from dust.
DISPOSING OF USED DEVICES
Do not dispose of this device in municipal waste systems. Hand it over to an electric and electrical device recycling
and collection point. Check the symbol on the product, instruction manual and packaging. The plastics used to
construct the device can be recycled in accordance with their markings. By choosing to recycle you are making a
significant contribution to the protection of our environment.
