4.3.6 Diagnostics
You can view all relevant diagnostic information in the “Device status” and “Mobile net-
work” areas. This allows you to quickly check that the device is working properly.
Log file
The device contains a log file in which important events are recorded.
– As of firmware 2.x, the log file can hold 250 entries.
– With earlier firmware versions, the log file can hold 100 entries.
– When the log file is full, the earliest entries are overwritten.
The device can send the content of the log automatically via email:
– When full
– At regular intervals, e.g. once per week
– Upon receipt of an incoming SMS
The contents of the log are deleted in the event of power failure.

Test functions
You can carry out the following actions via the web interface to make sure that the device
has been installed properly:
– Switch outputs
– Send test messages via email
– Send test messages via SMS
