The web browser may not open automatically because of individual security set-
tings. You can find information on opening the web browser manually in section 5
„Detecting and removing errors“.
Login
There are two ways to log in:
– Via an IP address
– Via a NetBIOS name

Three different user roles:
– Guest: No authorization, read access to the “Information” and “Diagnostics” tabs
– User: Read access to “Information” and “Diagnostics”, configure cellular communi-
cation access data and device names
– Administrator: All rights for “Diagnostics”, “Configuration”, and “Administration”
This means, for example your end customers can call up the diagnostics themselves, but
cannot change the configuration of the device.
Remote access via USB/Ethernet converter is not possible, because a virtual net-
work card is automatically installed at the connected peer. USB/Ethernet convert-
ers do not usually support this function.
