Please keep the smartphone on the module for at least 3 seconds in case of interruption of

data transmission via NFC. The module is detected automatically and an overview of device

type and current settings in combination with the detected modules are displayed automat-

ically.

Make sure that your smartphone supports NFC or Bluetooth and that these options are ac-

tivated. The position of the NFC antenna may vary for the different smartphones. Check

where the antenna is located first and change the orientation of the smartphone accord-

ingly. As soon as the module has been detected via NFC, you can take the smartphone in

your hand again and operate it as usual. The smartphone or Bluetooth NFC adapter must

only be placed on the module again, if you wish to write a created configuration to the mod-

ule (see 5.4 “Module configuration”)

The module does not require a supply voltage for NFC communication.

Activate the audio function of your smartphone: often, a useful audible signal

can be heard when an NFC connection is detected.
