7.5 Terminal point keying

In order to prevent connectors being mixed up, the connection points between connec-

tors and terminals can be keyed using the IL CP keying profile.

A 1. Insert a keying section of the keying profile in the corresponding keyway of

the terminal point on the electronic housing.

2. Twist the keying profile to break off the keying section.

B Remove the keying tab from the corresponding slot keying on the connector.

C Insert the keyed connector in the corresponding slot.
