Cause Remedial measures

Ramp time is too short Increase the ramp time.

Pulse-based load change Reduce the load or increase the capacity of the

CONTACTRON Speed Starter.

Load is too large. Check if the output current exceeds the CONTACTRON Speed Starter’s

rated current during the entire working process. If yes, replace the

CONTACTRON Speed Starter with a model that has a higher performance

class.

Check the drive layout.

Check the settings “Voltage lift” on page 84, “U/f characteristic curve” on

page 83, “Start boost” on page 83.
