Cause Remedial measures

Motor shaft is blocked. Remove the blockage.

Check the drive layout.

Check the mechanics of the motor.

Load is too large. Reduce the load.

Increase the motor power.

Check the drive layout.

Check the mechanics of the drive system.

Ambient temperature of the motor too high Change the installation location if there are heat sources in the

surroundings.

Install/add a cooling fan or air conditioner to lower the ambient tempera-

ture.

Motor cooling system fault Check the cooling system to clear the fault if there is any.
