7.4.1 Maintenance schedule

• Perform a general visual inspection.

– Check the switching devices and accessible printed circuit boards for traces of

smoke.

– Remove any foreign objects.

• Remove coarse dirt from the inside and outside of the system.

– Remove any foreign objects.

• Check the terminal points.

– Check the connections.

– Ensure that the screws are tight.

– Tighten the screws at the contact points.

• Check the filter mats and replace them, if necessary.

• Check the functional condition of the system.

• Check all parameters in the system.

• Check all messages and alarms to the transfer terminal block of the system.

• Thoroughly document all maintenance results.

• Check the capacitors. Determine the capacitor capacities and compare them to the rat-

ed data.

7.4.2 Maintenance interval

– To increase system reliability, we recommend scheduled maintenance.

– We recommend to have manufacturer perform annual maintenance.

– We recommend to check and, if necessary, replace the following components and

equipment according to the specified intervals.

Perform a visual inspection of the existing fuses, insulators and contacts. Replace damaged parts. 12 months

Check the control and auxiliary voltages and messages. 12 months

Check the components, e.g., fans, as a preventive measure. 12 months

Check the covers and function of the locking mechanisms. 12 months
