Enjoy over ice
This recipe is meant to be brewed over ice. L’OR Barista Absolu will brew a
slightly colder coffee that prevents the ice from immediately melting. It starts
with pre-blooming to develop the taste before brewing colder water through
the capsule. You can buy a specific "enjoy over ice capsule" in super markets
nearby.
1 Place a glass half filled with ice.
2 Insert a capsule.
Note: We recommend using only large XXL capsules, as larger volumes suits
this recipe best.
3 Press the Enjoy over ice button. The Risterro, Espresso and Lungo buttons
will light up.
4 Press the desired coffee button.
5 Your recipe will be brewed.
Attention: This recipe comes with a 30 seconds blooming time. The machine
will make slight ticking sound to show that it is still preparing your drink.
Important: If you predominantly prepare the “Enjoy Over Ice” recipe, prepare
a regular hot recipe at least once every 24 hours for optimal hygiene.
