this could damage the power cord and
lead to electric shock or re.
- Check that the plug is free of dust or
dirt, then insert it rmly into the outlet.
If there is an improper connection
due to encrusted dust or dirt, this may
cause an electric shock or re. Do not
use if the plug or wall socket is loose
or wobbles.
- Do not immerse the Haloplate in water
or any other liquid.
- Place the appliance on a level surface
when in use. Leave a space of about
10cm around the appliance to prevent
damage from the heat.
- Place cookware in the center of the
heating plate. The handles on smaller
pans may become hot. Be careful
when moving cookware.
- Do not put plastic containers or
aluminum foil on the heating plate
while it is hot.
- Be careful as some cookware
(especially cast iron and enamel pans)
may have ridges or burrs underneath
that may scratch the surface of the
heating plate when the cookware is
moved.
