Description
This document is to explain the changes in TV related to the soundbar HAL5023/xx than can be bought
as an accessory for xxHFL5x14/xx, xxHFL6x14/xx, xxBFL2x14/xx.
The TV will not have the same functionality with any other soundbar as HAL5023/xx.
1. Sound bar mounting and connection to TV
The soundbar can be mounted on the wall using 2 small brackets (included) or it can be put on a cabinet.
You are suggested to install the TV first before wall mounting the soundbar. With a TV preinstalled,
wall mount the soundbar 50mm/2.0’’ in distance from the bottom of the TV.
If you wall mount the soundbar first, drill 2 parallel holes (Ø 3-8 mm each according to wall type) in the
wall. The distance between the holes should be 646mm/25.4’’.
The TV needs to be connected to the TV using an HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC connector.
