7.2 Customer Care & Warranty

For Warranty Period please refer to Warranty Statement in Important Information
Manual.
For extended warranty, if you would like to extend your general warranty period, an
OutofWarrantyservicepackageisoeredviaourCertiedServiceCenter.
If you wish to make use of this service, please be sure to purchase the service within 30
calendar days of your original purchase date. During the extended warranty period, the
service includes pickup, repair and return service, however the user will be responsible
for all costs accrued.
IftheCertiedServicePartnercannotperformtherequiredrepairsundertheoered
extendedwarrantypackage,wewillndalternativesolutionsforyou,ifpossible,upto
the extended warranty period you have purchased.
