Troubleshooting
Fault Possible cause Action
The product does not work.
The power plug[] is not
connected to the power supply.
Connect the power plug[] with
a suitable socket-outlet.
The suction power is reduced
and the product does not
vacuum any dirt.
The metal container[8] is full. Empty the metal container[8]
(see “Emptying the metal
container”).
The air path is blocked. Check the following parts for
blockages and remove the
blockages:

[] Flexible hose
[] Straight nozzle/
Extension tube
[] Crevice nozzle
Dust escapes from the product.
The container lid[2] was not
installed correctly.
Install the container lid[2]
correctly (see “Removing the
container lid”).
