6. Insert both ends of the thread through the
opposite line outlet loops

7. Put the back on the spool cap. Make sure
that the latches on the lid fit precisely into
the recesses on the spool cap. They will
snap in noticeably.
8. Pull on the line ends and press the locking
button
[] repeatedly until the line ends
protrude approx.1cm beyond the line

Winding up the spare thread (Fig.D)
1. Thread an end of the spare thread through
the opening of the spool

2. Wind the thread in the threading direction
of the spool
[]. Follow the arrows on the
top of the spool.

Storage
o Store the product in a dry and dust-
protected place out of reach of children.
o Remove the battery [] from the product, if
the product is stored for a long period.
o Do not stand the product on its protective
cover
[]. Suspend it by its top handle[1]
in such a manner that the protective cover
does not come into contact with other
objects. This is because the protective cover
could become deformed, thereby changing
its dimensions and its safety properties.
o The storage temperature for the
rechargeable battery

is between +20°C and +26°C. Avoid
extreme cold or heat during storage to
ensure the battery output is not adversely
affected.
Transport
o Before transportation:
1. Switch the product off.
2. Remove the battery[].
3. Let the product cool down.
o Protect the product from any heavy impact
or strong vibrations which may occur during
transportation in vehicles.
o Secure the product to prevent it from
slipping or falling over.
Disposal
Packaging:
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable
materials, which you may dispose of at local
recycling facilities.
Observe the marking of the
packaging materials for waste
separation, which are marked with
abbreviations (a) and numbers
(b) with following meaning: 1–7:
plastics/20–22: paper and
fibreboard/80–98: composite
materials.
