SMONTAGGIO E RIMONTAGGIO DELL’ARMA
1- Togliere il caricatore.
2- Svitare la vite esagonale 2.
3- Impugnare l’arma con la mano sinistra e sfilare insieme canna, contrappeso e
otturatore, tenendo l’arma rivolta verso il basso.
4- Separare l’otturatore dalla canna.
5- Rimontare con operazione inversa.
Si raccomanda di impugnare l’arma con la mano sinistra e di rivolgerla verso il basso
soprattutto in fase di montaggio, facendo attenzione al corretto posizionamento della
molla, e di togliere il caricatore prima di iniziare dette operazioni.
PULIZIA E LUBRIFICAZIONE: Per la pulizia della canna si consiglia di farlo non oltre
150 colpi e usare prima gli scovoli di ottone e poi un panno. Per avere
il massimo della precisione e del funzionamento assicurarsi che tutto il piombo sia
stato rimosso.
Mettere una goccia di olio nei punti di contatto tra otturatore e canna usando un
lubrificante senza additivi o solventi. Non usare solventi od oli nei meccanismi di
scatto. Al massimo ogni 2.000 colpi smontare e pulire i caricatori.
Si consiglia di sostituire i 13 anelli ammortizzatori dopo circa 15.000 colpi.
DISMANTLING AND REASSEMBLY
1- Remove the magazine and ‘prove’ the pistol safe.
2- Undo and remove the hexagonal screw under the muzzle 2.
3- With the pistol pointing downwards carefully, pull off the combined barrel and bolt assembly.
4- Separate the bolt from the barrel unit.
5- Reassembly is carried out in the reverse order.
WARNING - It is extremely important to remember to remove the magazine before attempting
to dismantle the pistol. Pay particular attention that the recoil spring is correctly fitted when
reassembling. Both, dismantiling and reassembly should be carried out with the pistol pointing
downwards.
CLEANING AND LUBRICATION:
It is recommended to do it no later than 150 shots use first a properly sized brass brush on the
chamber and bore and then clean the bore with a patch. Insure that all lead is removed to insure
top accuracy and function.
Lubrificate the contact points (where the bolt rides on the barrel and guide pins) with a simple
lubricant with no additive. Do not use solvent or oils on the trigger mechanism.
At least every 2.000 rounds disassemble and thoroughly clean the magazines.
It is recommended to replace the 13 damper rings after approximately 15,000 strokes.
