The warranty for defective material construction or assembling is valid TWO YEARS from the date the Client receives the weapon. To have a valid warranty,

please read carefully the following.

1 The normal use, all damages caused by incorrect handling the wooden parts and/or lack of maintenance, are not included in our warranty.

2 The decision whether the conditions for the warranty exist, pertains to Pardini Armi, as well as the decision whether the

intervention is to be done by replacing the defective part, or by repairing it.

3 All warranty interventions must be done at Pardini Armi or in those authorized by our company. The producer of the

weapon is dispensed from liability, for all claims resulting from modifications or repairs done by unauthorized

persons, using non suitable ammunition or by using the weapon for different uses, others than indicated in the instruction book.

4 Claims are taken into consideration when they are submitted in due time; all forwarding expenses are at the User’s charge.

5 Claims regarding damages caused by the wrong use or bad functioning of the weapon are not recognized.

6 Furthermore, we do not recognize any responsibilities for damages caused by the normal use of the weapon.

7 In the event of any dispute, the Court of Lucca, Italy, will have exclusive jurisdiction and every other Court is excluded.
