• The tray fails to load the media

• Pull out the toner cartridge, remove it,
and then insert it again.

Toner comes
off easily
• Print media that does not meet the
specifications is used. For example, the
media weight is not supported by the
printer.
• Imaging module is not installed
properly.
• Please use the print media within the
specification range.
• Keep the paper in its original wrapper
before use.

reinstall it.
Uneven print
density
