3. Before loading, flex and fan the paper, align the edges of the paper, then load the paper in the
tray.
4. Load the paper or special media.
5. Set the paper size and paper type from Control Panel to match the loaded paper.
Note:
• For single-sided printing, please make sure that the side to be printed (the blank side) faces
down.
• Loading more than 100 sheets (80g/m²) of paper in the Multi-Purpose Feed Tray at once may
cause paper jams or failure to feed.
• After printing, please take out printed papers output from printer immediately. Stacked papers or
envelops will lead to paper jam or wrapped paper.
Load the Optional Tray.
Note:• For the installation of optional trays, please refer to “Installing optional tray” or the Installation
Guide supplied with the optional trays.
