TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Before requesting service, make the following checks. If you are in doubt
about some of the checkpoints, or if the solutions indicated in the chart
do not solve the problem, refer to the operating instructions of the iPod
or the Panasonic DVD Home Theater Sound System or CD Stereo System.
There is no sound from
Panasonic DVD Home
Theater Sound System or
CD Stereo System during
iPod playback.
Connect your iPod firmly to the universal dock.
Disconnect and connect the iPod to the universal dock.
Connect the universal dock firmly to Panasonic DVD
Home Theater Sound System or CD Stereo System.
Refer to the operating instructions of Panasonic DVD
Home Theater Sound System or CD Stereo System.
The iPod does not respond
to the remote control of
Panasonic DVD Home
Theater Sound System or
CD Stereo System.
The indicator does not light
up.
Once charging has completed while in standby mode
of Panasonic DVD Home Theater Sound System or CD
Stereo System, the indicator turns off.
Connect your iPod firmly to the universal dock.
Connect the universal dock firmly to Panasonic DVD
Home Theater Sound System or CD Stereo System.

iPod does not charge. Connect your iPod firmly to the universal dock.
Disconnect and connect the iPod to the universal dock.
