TROUBLE-SHOOTING GUIDE
Problem
Causes
Solution
The water tank is broken.
Have the water tank replaced by an authorized
service centre.
The product produces
no steam or irregular
steam.
The hose is bent and thus the steam cannot
smoothly run through it.
Ensure the hose is not bent.
The cap is loose.
Close the cap correctly.
Frequent installation/removal of the tank may
result in water overflow from the power base.
Remove the tank and properly remove the
water from the grooves where the water tank
is located.
The drainage hole knob is not tightly fitted.
Remove and reinstall the drainage hole knob
back into the drainage hole and fasten it.
The hose is bend. Straighten the hose.
The inner pipe is loose or damaged.
Send your product to an authorized service
centre for repair.
The water tank and hose is not be installed
correctly to the power base.
Attach the water tank and hose to the power
base correctly.
Fill the water tank with water.
The water tank is empty.
Condensate water produced from steam
remains in the hose.
Lift up the steamer head vertically and
straighten the hose, to make condensate water
backflow.
The power plug is not inserted, the power button
is not set.
Insert the power plug and be sure to set
the power button.
Water leaks out
from the power
base.

The telescopic pole
slips down.
The hose or steamer head have been used
horizontally for a long time (so water may
accumulate).
Use the hose or steamer head vertically once
(so that the accumulated water flows back to
the power base).
The product produces
a water noise.
Please do not iron by pressing down hard on
the steamer head. It is recommended that you
iron with the steamer head slightly away from
the ironing board.
When ironing, the steam nozzle is pressed hard
on the ironing board, resulting in poor steam
output.
The lock button on the telescopic pole is not
locked.
Lock the lock button securely.
The clothing on the hook or hanger is too heavy.
Lighten the weight loaded to the fixing hook (less
than 2 kg) or hanger (less than 3 kg).
The power base
makes a noise.
Fill the water tank with water.
When the water tank is empty, the water pump
will run idle, thus making a noise.
Attach the water tank onto the power base
correctly.
The water tank is not installed correctly onto the
power base.
Send your product to an authorized service
centre for repair.
The problem persists even after you have followed the above solutions.
The hose forms a U-shape. Do not bend the hose.
