Problem Cause and Action
Blender & Dry mill
Even turn to "1" or "2"
position, the appliance
does not start blending.
The blender jug / mill container is not set properly.
➝ Make sure to align the marks on blender jug base / mill container and
motor housing, then twist it firmly until you hear a "click" sound.
The blender jug base / mill container base is not assembled tightly.
➝ Assemble it tightly. (P. EN6)
The protection device of overload or overheating is activated.
➝ Refer to "Overload and Overheating Protection" for inspection. (P. EN7)
The power plug is disconnected.
➝ Insert the power plug into outlet firmly.
Rotation stops abruptly.
The protection device of overload or overheating is activated.

There is abnormal noise
or vibration increases.
Too much ingredients.
➝ Reduce ingredient amount.
The blender jug base / mill container base is not assembled tightly.
➝ Assemble it tightly. (P. EN6)
The ingredient is leaking.
The blender jug base / mill container base is not assembled tightly.
➝ Assemble it tightly. (P. EN6)
The blender gasket / mill gasket is not attached or attached loosely.
➝ Attach it properly.
Foreign matters are attached to the blender gasket / mill gasket.
➝ Remove them.
The blender gasket / mill gasket is damaged.
➝ Contact Panasonic Service Centre to replace it.

The liquid amount is not enough.
➝ Add more liquid.
Too much ice cubes. (e.g. juice with a lot of ice)

Remove blender jug after rotation stops completely.
Shake the blender jug gently.
