TO USE THE BROIL FUNCTION
Broil cooks food using high, direct heat from the top element. It’s perfect for melting, browning, or
crisping.
Adjustable Broil allows the oven to broil at any temperature. Great for melting cheese at 150º F (65
°C) or cooking fish at 400º F (205 °C). Adjust as needed.
1. Place food on broil rack or on baking pan if needed. See “Positioning Rack” and “Positioning
Pan” sections.
2. Close glass door leaving approximately a 3-inch opening at the top of the Countertop Oven.
3. Turn the Function dial to Broil.
4. Turn the Temperature dial to desired temperature.
5. Turn the Timer to desired cook time.
NOTE: If cook time is less than 20 minutes, you must turn Timer past the 20 minute mark to
engage the timer then back to desired time.
6. When Broiling is complete, a bell will sound. Open door completely and remove food.
WARNING: Cooked food, metal rack, and door can be very hot, handle with care. Always
protect your hands with non-slip oven mitts or similar. Do not leave Countertop Oven
unattended.
TO USE THE ROTISSERIE FUNCTION
The rotisserie function spins skewered meats for an even roast.
1. Place the chicken, turkey, or other food you want to cook on the rotisserie spit. Use the two
spit forks to hold the food in place in the center of the spit. Use the two spit screws to tighten
the spit forks.
2. Place pan in the lowest rack position when the rotisserie function is in use to prevent
dripping of hot fluids and food into the oven.
3. Use rotisserie handle to place the rotisserie spit on the spit mounting brackets inside the
oven. Tip: Keep the spit at a slight angle, placing the right side into the slot first, then sliding
the other side into the bracket on the left.
4. After securely placing the rotisserie spit in place close the oven door.
5. Turn the function knob to the Rotisserie position. Only the top-heating element will operate.
(The heating element will cycle ON and OFF to maintain temperature.)
6. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired temperature.
7. Turn the timer knob to the desired time. The timer can be set for up to 120 minutes. A bell
signal sounds at the end of the cooking time, and the oven turns off automatically.
8. When cooking is completed, open the door fully and use rotisserie handle to remove food
carefully.
WARNING: The rotisserie spit, spit forks, screws, and cooked food can be very hot. Handle
with care. DO NOT leave countertop oven unattended.
