• The positioning of the oven pan will depend on the desired cooking method. For air frying,
place the pan on top of the wire rack or into the guide rails below the mesh airy fry rack.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT use the pan under the rack in the lower position.
PREHEATING THE OVEN
1. Set to the desired Function.
2. Turn the Temperature Control knob to the desired temperature.
3. Set the Timer knob to desired time and allow 5-6 minutes for the oven to preheat.
REMOVING FOOD
Always open the Countertop Oven doors fully and remove food carefully with an oven mitt.
USING THE AIR FRY FUNCTION
1. Open the Countertop Oven Doors. For instructions on how to safely
open the doors, see the “Opening the Countertop Oven Doors”
section.
2. If necessary, remove Mesh Air Fry Rack from oven.
3. Place food evenly on the Mesh Air Fry Rack.
TIP: For foods with high amounts of fat or grease, it is recommended
that the baking pan be placed below the Mesh Air Fry Rack or Wire
Rack during the cooking cycle.
4. Carefully slide Mesh Air Fry Rack with food into the middle rack
position. See the “Positioning Rack” section.
5. Close oven glass doors completely.
6. Turn the Function Selector knob to “Air Fry”.
7. Turn the Temperature Control knob to the desired temperature.
8. Turn the Timer Control knob to desired cooking time.
NOTE: If the cooking time is less than 20 minutes, turn the Timer
Control knob past the 20-minute mark to engage it and then return to
the desired time.
9. When the Air Fry cycle is complete, open the doors completely and
remove food.
CAUTION: COOKED FOOD, METAL RACKS, AND DOORS CAN
BE VERY HOT; HANDLE THEM WITH CARE. DO NOT LEAVE THE
COUNTERTOP OVEN UNATTENDED.
