TEMPERATURE CONTROL KNOB
Turn to set the temperature for air frying, broiling, baking, and toasting. To use the warming
function and keep your food warm, turn the knob to MIN. Turn the knob to 450˚F/230˚C for toasting
function.
FUNCTION SELECTOR KNOB

Air Fryer - The air fryer function circulates hot air inside your oven at high speed. This method
cooks food faster and creates a crispy, fried layer with even browning on all sides while using little
to no oil compared to traditional frying methods.
Bake - The baking function cooks food evenly using consistent heat, similar to a traditional oven,
ideal for cakes, cookies, and casseroles.
Toast - The toast function evenly browns bread, bagels, and other baked goods.
Convection - This convection function is ideal for roasting, baking, and crisping, as it helps reduce
hot spots and cooks food more efficiently than traditional heating elements alone.
Broil - Broil cooks food using high, direct heat from the top element. It’s perfect for melting,
browning, or crisping.
