Q: The charging indicator is not working when

the toothbrush was not using for a long time?

A: Pls do not forget to use the toothbrush regu-

larly! If the tooth brush has not been used for

more than three months ,the battery will enter

into auto-protection pattern.pis continuous

full charging above 24hours and check if it co-

uld work again. If not pis contact the after sale

service department for repair.

Q: What should i do if the toothbrush can not

switch on?

A: Pls check if the toothbrush has low battery

power and full charging ,if still can not work

Q: Could mains cord replaceable??

A: The mains cord can not be replaceable,if the

cord broke pis drop it correctly,
