BEFORE FIRST USE
-Remove all packaging materials from the appliance.
- Remove all accessories (grill, tray, rotisserie set, food tray handle) from the appliance.
- Clean the oven and accessories with a damp cloth and then dry.
- Unroll the power cord completely. Then plug it into a power outlet.

- Set the thermostat knob to 230°C.
- Set the timer to 15 minutes so that the oven runs empty (without food or accessories) during this period.
CAUTION: The oven may emit a slight odor and some smoke when used for the first time. This is
normal and will disappear very quickly. Make sure the appliance is operated in a well-ventilated area.
USE OF THE OVEN
• Tips
For baking and roasting, it is advisable to always preheat the oven to the desired cooking temperature to
achieve perfect cooking.
- Place the crumb tray under the baking rack to prevent fat from dripping onto the heating elements and
the bottom of the oven.
- If the food being cooked is oily or greasy, two sheets of aluminium foil can be used. Place one on the
crumb tray and cover the food with the other. This helps prevent oil and grease from splashing onto the
oven walls during cooking.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
- Allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning. Unplug it from the power outlet.
- The griddle, the grease tray and the drip tray can be cleaned in the usual way, either by hand or in the
dishwasher.
