TROUBLESHOOTING
ABNORMAL SITUATION
SOLUTION
Vacuum does not work
1. Check if there is a power failure in the house or if the cable is properly inserted
into the socket.
2. Check if the appliance has been in use for a long time. Wait 10 to 15 seconds after
each packaging.
3. Check if the cable, plug or appliance is broken. Contact a service technician.
Does not seal properly
1. Check that the bag is correctly positioned, without folding.
2. Check that the appliance is tightly closed. Press until you hear the click.
3. If the light comes on and it works, contact the technical service.
Do not vacuum , only seal
1. Check that the bag is textured and not completely smooth.
Air leakage after vacuum
packaging
1. Do not pack food with sharp edges that can cut the bag.
2. Check the texture of the bag.
3. If there is a lot of liquid in the bag it cannot be packed well, use a container.
After sealing the bag the
sealed part breaks
1. The temperature of the appliance is too high, it is recommended to space the
sealing or packaging between 10 to 15 seconds.
