PREPARING TO USE THE BLENDER
1 Allow hot ingredients to cool before chopping, mixing or pouring into the measuring cup (max.
temperature 80ºC).
2 Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2 cm before processing.
3 Assemble the blender properly before plugging it into the electrical outlet.
USING THE BLENDER
The hand blender has been designed for:
Blend liquids, for example: dairy
products, sauces, fruit juices, soups,
mixed drinks and smoothies.
Mix soft ingredients, for example: puree
already cooked food to make baby
food.
1. Assemble the stainless steel beater arm
to the beater body until you hear a click.
2. Put the food in the blender jug.
3. Insert the hand blender into the container. Then press switch Ⅰ or switch Ⅱ to start it.
4. Do not use the hand mixer for intervals longer than one minute.
5. Attention: the blade is very sharp!
6. Always unplug from the power outlet at the end of use.
CLEANING
Clean the motor unit only with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor unit in water!
1. Unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
2. All other parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, after working with
highly salty food, you should rinse the blades immediately.
3. Also be careful not to use excessive amounts of cleaner or descaler in the
dishwasher.
4. If you prepare colored food, the plastic parts may discolor. Clean these parts with vegetable oil
before placing them in the dishwasher.
5. Be careful, the blades are very sharp.
