Whiteboard
Whiteboard
Whiteboard is an online collaborative platform that can bring teams together to brainstorm, sketch and collaborate,
anytime, anywhere.
Note: For a more detailed introduction of functions, please refer to
https://onlinemanual.optoma.com/whiteboard/.
Tap on the Home screen, in the Side toolbar, or press the Note key on the remote control to open the
Whiteboard.
To start using the app, do the following:
1. Tap on the Create new session tab. Then select a background or template for your content.
Note: To access your cloud sessions, login to Whiteboard rst.
- To open a recent session, tap on the Home tab and under Recent category tap on the session you
want to continue.
- To open a collaboration (saved to the cloud) or non-collaboration (saved locally) session, under Your
session category, tap on the session you want to continue.
2. Tap Create and use any of the activities described in the table below:
Note: The oating toolbar is home to many of the primary features found in the Whiteboard app,
which are detailed here.

Move the
oating toolbar
Tap and drag or long-tap on the screen to move the oating toolbar to your preferred
location on the screen.
Minimize the
oating toolbar
Tap on the icon to minimize the oating toolbar. Tap to expand the oating
toolbar.
