Garantía limitada de cinco años

Esta garantía se aplica a los productos de OmniMount adquiridos por los consumidores a distribuidores de OmniMount autorizados. OmniMount garantiza que sus productos no

sufrirán defectos de fabricación ni de materiales durante 1 años desde la fecha de venta al comprador original. Para obtener los servicios cubiertos por la garantía, devuelva el

producto o componente defectuoso a la tienda donde lo compró o a otro comercio minorista que venda productos de OmniMount del mismo tipo. Entonces, el comercio minorista,

conforme a su preferencia, reparará el producto, lo remitirá a una instalación de reparación independiente, sustituirá el producto o le reintegrará el precio de compra menos

el importe directamente atribuido al uso anterior del producto. Si eso no supone una compensación adecuada para usted, puede entonces devolver el producto o componente

defectuoso directamente a OmniMount para su reparación o, a discreción de OnmiMount, un reintegro del precio de compra. OmniMount reparará o cambiará el componente o

producto defectuoso a su criterio exclusivo si se envía a OmniMount dentro del periodo de garantía y conforme a las disposiciones de la misma. Para obtener servicios cubiertos

por la garantía, póngase en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de OmniMount en el número 800.MOUNT.IT (800.668.6848) o por el correo electrónico info@omnimount.

com. Deberá enviar una copia de su recibo original. Si su producto debe enviarse a OmniMount para su inspección, usted se responsabilizará de los gastos de envío; para residentes

en California, OmniMount se responsabilizará de los gastos de envío y manejo. El producto nuevo se le enviará con portes prepagados por OmniMount. Esta garantía no cubre el

coste de la mano de obra para retirar el producto o componente defectuoso o para reinstalar cualquier producto o componente nuevo. Esta garantía no se aplicará a defectos o

daños provocados por instalaciones inadecuadas o que superen el peso, rango, manipulación, mantenimiento, almacenamiento, instalación, retirada o reinstalación especiﬁ cados,

uso inadecuado, alteración, uso de accesorios no compatibles, problemas eléctricos, impacto de objetos extraños, accidentes, incendios, causas de fuerza mayor, desgaste normal

por el uso y daños en el transporte diferentes del envío original por parte de OmniMount. En caso de no respetar las instrucciones de cuidado de los productos por parte de

OmniMount, se invalidará la garantía. Esta garantía no se prolongará ni se reiniciará tras la recepción de cualquier producto o componente de sustitución cubierto por la garantía.

Nadie está autorizado para prolongar o modiﬁ car de otro modo esta garantía.

Limitaciones

LA DURACIÓN DE CUALQUIER GARANTÍA IMPLÍCITA, INCLUIDAS LAS GARANTÍAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD Y ADECUACIÓN PARA UN PROPÓSITO ESPECÍFÍCO, NO

SUPERARÁN EL PERIODO DE GARANTÍA ESTABLECIDO EN LA PRESENTE.

OMNIMOUNT NO SE HARÁ RESPONSABLE DE NINGÚN DAÑO ACCIDENTAL O CONSIGUIENTE OCASIONADO POR EL INCUMPLIMIENTO DE CUALQUIER GARANTÍA

This warranty applies to OmniMount consumer products purchased from an authorized OmniMount Dealer. OmniMount warrants that its products will be free from defects in

materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of sale to the original purchaser. To obtain warranty service, return the defective product or component to the store where it

was purchased or to another retail store that sells OmniMount products of the same type. The retail store shall then, according to its preference, repair the product, refer you to

an independent repair facility, replace the product, or refund the purchase price less the amount directly a ributable to your prior usage of the product. If this does not result in

the appropriate relief to you, you may then return the nonconforming product or component directly to OmniMount for replacement or, at OmniMount’s option, a refund of your

purchase price. OmniMount will repair or replace the defective component or product at its sole discretion if submi

ed to OmniMount within the warranty period subject to the

terms herein. To obtain warranty service, contact OmniMount customer service at 800.MOUNT.IT (800.668.6848) or info@omnimount.com. You must supply a copy of your original

receipt. If your product must be shipped to OmniMount for inspection, you will be responsible for the shipping charges; for California residents, OmniMount will be responsible for

the cost of shipping and handling. Replacement product shipped to you will be returned freight pre-paid by OmniMount. This warranty does not cover the cost of labor to remove

a defective product or component or reinstall any replacement product or component. This warranty shall not apply to defects or damages caused by improper installations,

installations over speciﬁ ed weight, range, handling, maintenance, storage, installation, removal or re-installation, misuse, alteration, use of incompatible accessories, electrical

power problems, impact by foreign objects, accident, ﬁ re, acts of God, normal wear and tear or shipping damage other than during original shipment from OmniMount. Failure

to follow product care instructions from OmniMount will result in void of warranty. This warranty shall not be extended or restarted upon receipt of any replacement product or

component under this warranty. No person is authorized to extend or otherwise modify this warranty.

Limitations

THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXCEED

THE WARRANTY PERIOD PROVIDED HEREIN.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

OMNIMOUNT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FROM ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED

WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental of consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you speciﬁ c legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
