Step 2 (Optional)
If TV is larger than factory installed wire (1), a longer wire (4) has been included
to allow access to the lever mechanism. Use steps 2A-2D to swap the factory
installed cable for the long cable.

Remove 4 screws from back of lever mechanism
and remove lever cover.
