• Trouble Shooting
• Unit Must be Level. If not level, TV will lean on 1 side and Operation Speed will be
irregular.
• Wall Screws and Mounting Location
• Wall Mount Must have at least 5 Wall Point Location Mounted. Refer to the Wall
Template for additional Information.
• Spring Tension
• The weight Spring tension is Pre-set default at factory is for 95 lbs TV, make sure you
have the Spring Tension Adjusted to fit your TV. Refer to your TV owner’s manual to
determine weight and spec information
• Communication / IR / Power Cord
• The Power Cord must be installed last after you have already installed the
Communication RS232 and IR cable. Installation order should be: IR Receiver >
RS232 (if needed) > Power Cord
• Initial Setup
• User must set up the Right and Left Swivels Limits. User must setup the Right side
FIRST before setting up the Left Side.
