Step 4
Once both Phillips head screws are removed use BOTH tension adjustment
rods to set the tension that your television requires. Insert the other Tension
Adjustment Bar to the lower or top hole by pulling up or down the first
Tension Bar.

Adjust tension to proper setting either up or down and hold firmly. Repeat
above steps to turn the cylinder for more option tension holes (4, 3, 2, 1)

Carefully remove the top Tension Bar. DO NOT
REMOVE Bottom Tension Bar, hold firmly.
