MALFUNCTION
The fan does not activate even

CAUSE
- The hydraulic valve remains
closed
- Theventilationmotorislockedor
burnedout.
- The electrical connections are not
correct.

intheconnectionunitbetween
panel and battery does not close
owtowardsthewall.
- Thermal insulators are
disconnected.
- Insituationsofhighrelativeam-
bient humidity(>60%)conden-
sationphenomenonsmayoccur,
especiallyatminimumventilation
speeds.
- The condensation basin is
clogged.
- The condensation drain has not
thenecessaryinclinationfor
correct drainage.
- The connection pipelines and
thevalvesunitarenotinsulated
correctly.

SOLUTION
- Dismount the valve body and
checkifwatercirculationis
restored.
- Checktheoperatingstatusofthe
valve by powering it separately at
220V.Ifitactivates,theproblem
may be in the electronic control.
- Checkthemotorwindingsand
thefreerotationofthefan.
- Checktheelectricalconnections.
- Checkthelossandrmlytighten
the connections.
- Checkthestatusoftheseals.
- Replace the junction which
integrates the thermostatic valve
inthewaterinletupperunit.
- Checkforcorrectpositioningof
the thermoacoustic insulators,
paying particular attention to
thefrontoneabovethenned
battery.
- Oncerelativehumiditydrops,the
phenomenon disappears. In any
case,thepossible fallofsome
water drops inside the appliance
doesnotindicateamalfunction.
- Slowlypourawater bottle in
thebottompartofthebatteryto
ensure drainage; if necessary,
clean the basin and/or improve
inclinationofthedrainpipe.
- Check for insulation of the
pipelines.
- Checkforpossibleinterferences
bymanuallyrotatingthefan.
- Unbalancing determines
excessive vibrations of the
machine:replacethefan.
