Troubleshooting
FAILURE POSSIBLE REASON SOLUTION
The light is on, but the
fan is not working.
The fan blade is damaged. Turn off the appliance. Repair must only be
performed by a qualied technician.
The engine is damaged.
The light and the fan
do not work.
The halogen bulb of the lamp
is burned.
Replace the bulb with a new bulb of the same
type.
The power plug is loose. Connect the plug correctly.
Excessive vibration The fan blade is damaged. Turn off the appliance. Repair must only be

Fan motor is not securely

The unit is not properly
attached to the support.
Remove the unit and check if the support is

The distance between the

is too big.
Adjust the distance of:

Coal/oil cooker: 80cm
