USE AND MAINTENANCE
We recommend that you turn on the hood before you start cooking.
To completely evacuate fumes and odors, it is also recommended
to let the appliance run for 15 minutes after the end of cooking.
The correct operation of the hood is conditioned by the regularity
of the maintenance, in particular that of the activated charcoal lter.
The grease lters retain the grease particles in suspension, so
they can become dirty depending on the frequency of use of the
appliance.
To avoid any risk of re, it is recommended to clean the lter at
least every two months, according to the following instructions.
- Remove the lters from the hood and wash them in a solution of
water and neutral liquid detergent after allowing them to soak.
- Rinse thoroughly with hot water and allow to dry.
It is possible that the color of the aluminum parts will fade after a
few washes. This cannot result in any claim on your part. These
parts are not reusable or washable and must be replaced at least
every four months. The saturation of the activated charcoal lter
depends on the more or less prolonged use of the hood, the type
of cooking and the regular cleaning of the grease lter.
