Check the temperature of the frozen food compartment in the shop
where you buy your frozen products. It must be less than -18 C °.
Choose your products with care
Look quickly at the packaging of the frozen product and make sure it is
in perfect condition.
Buy frozen food last
Always buy your frozen food last when you go to the supermarket and /
or other stores.
Please note the following temperature and shelf life guidelines based on
the number of stars in the product:

Keep frozen products together
When you move into the supermarket and come home, if you keep all
the frozen products together, they will be more easily frozen.
Store your products as soon as possible
Do not buy frozen food if you do not put it in your freezer quickly.
You can buy special thermal insulation bags in most supermarkets and
other stores. They keep cold products frozen longer.
Do not put a bottle containing a drink in the freezer as it may burst and
damage the freezer.
Defrosting frozen products
For some products, it is not necessary to thaw them before cooking.
Vegetables and pasta can be added directly to boiling water or steamed.
Frozen sauces and soups can be put in a saucepan and gently warmed
until they are thawed.
